Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are reviewed and submitted for fulfillment shortly after being placed to ensure fast processing.

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or submitted to our supplier.
  • Once an order enters fulfillment, it is final and cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns & Eligibility

We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Personal preference

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet one of the following:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault
  • You received the wrong item

Additionally:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Original packaging is required where possible

Return Costs

  • For approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we cover all return shipping costs
  • We do not provide return labels or refunds for non-defective items

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email support@savenzi.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
  2. Approval Required
    Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Return Instructions
    If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.

Refund Process

Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm the reported issue.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Your payment provider may take an additional up to 7 business days to reflect the refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for any items that:

  • Are not defective or damaged
  • Were used or worn (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Are marked as final sale or non-returnable
